Q. How do I wash/care for my youngz flip-flops?
A. For youngz (synthetic) footwear: 
• Wash with warm water and mild soap and a soft bristle brush or a wet cloth. Do not machine wash.
• After cleaning let your youngz air dry away from heat. 

Q. Do you have a guarantee on your footwear? 
A. Yes, youngz flip-flops are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. Footwear covered by the youngz guarantee will be replaced at youngz discretion. The following defects are covered by the youngz guarantee:  
• Straps pulling out where soles are not excessively worn 
• Delaminating of sole layers 
• Frayed or loose stitching on uppers, footbeds or logos 

What's not covered:  
• Deterioration from water abuse 
• Outsole wearing out or worn through 
• Skateboard or bicycle abuse 
• Cuts, scratches, burns etc. 
• Shrinkage from overexposure to extreme heat 
• Anything not listed will be solely determined by youngz.

Q. If I wear a half size in shoes, how should I size my youngz flip-flops?
A. There are a couple of aspects to consider when deciding to size up or down. First, does the anatomically correct footbed fit your arch? Try on both larger and smaller sizes to see which arch size matches your arch the best. If they both feel fine, size up if you prefer some wiggle room, or down if you prefer a snug fit. 

Q. What do I do if my youngz flip-flops are damaged/defective? 
A. If your youngz flip-flops are covered under warranty, please return to the location at which you purchased them. The retailer should be able to replace the damaged footwear. Please remember to bring your receipt. If the flip-flops were purchased on vacation or in a different location then where you live, and they are covered under warranty, please email us at info@youngzusa.com along with an explanation and photo of the damage or defect.
