In my life, I've been fortunate enough to see some great places & meet amazing people! And while I'm thankful for these experiences, there was one thing that was holding me back from enjoying my life to the fullest — foot pain caused by my plantar fasciitis. For those of you who've experienced it, I don't need to describe it. For those of you who haven't, rest assured: it hurts.

My whole adult life I've held onto the dream of creating a flip-flop that provided support and protection. In fact, I told my wife about this idea on our first date. She thought I was crazy. It's yet to be decided who's crazier — she for marrying me, or me for sticking to my dream.

Eight years after telling my wife about my dream on our first date, that dream became a reality. After eight years of rigorous research, development, design and testing, I believe I've finally developed the perfect flip-flop. If you don't believe me, ask the podiatrist and aeronautical engineer who helped with the design, ask my wife, or just try on a pair yourself.
